Dahl99
Hi, just upgraded from 1.4.10 to 1.5.4 and I'm unable to view the modules list from the BO. I can view and change the positions though. The website encountered an error while retrieving http://lime-square.c...3f38b4293a74e48. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. Here are some suggestions: Reload this web page later. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request. I have deleted some older modules but still no luck. Any ideas. Thanks. Edited April 24, 2013 by Dahl99 (see edit history)
vekia
YOu have to turn error reporting on.After that try to reload modules page. Another thing is to check apache / php error log - there you will find out "error code & information" for this issue - have you got an access to this file? Dahl99
Thank you for the reply and link. I have checked the modules folder and the defines.inc.php file is not there. The only files there are changelog, htaccess, index, news, readme and version. I did find the following in the BO but not sure what to do next. benjamin utterback
Hello Dahl99, if you have a backup of your PrestaShop files and Database, then try and remove the dibs module from your FTP under >modules.
Dahl99
Hi Benjamin, I have backed up the module and then deleted it off the server via FTP. I can now access the modules and marketing tabs in the BO. I do have this error though.
