Additional product photos with captions and alt/title descriptions

Hello, for my store need develop the following functionality:

 

Need made additional product images block (for each product) with self captions and alt/title descriptions for each image.

 

And additional products images for each product need to be added by prestashop csv import page.

 

Also while import original image must resize to small, middle, original.
