Customer account messages bug?

Hi,

 

I wonder if this is a bug or not?

 

When a customer sends a message through the contact page, I answere them through:

Customer > service

 

Customer then gets something like this address:

 

www.domain.com/index.php?controller=contact&id_customer_thread=1&token=g6j9sgdfnq9L

 

But that takes them directly to the contact page, should't this go to the message?

 

Am I missing something here?
