efnStv Posted April 14, 2013 Share Posted April 14, 2013 I have a strange issue with my shipping carrier. I am using UPS and in store pick up as my carriers. When the customer selects a product over $50 the carriers are available, but when the customer selects a product $49 or below, no shipping carriers are available, even if they increase the quantity to 2 or 3 of the same items, as long as the item itself is under $50, it will not let the customer choose a shipping carrier. It just says "Free Shipping," under shipping, and "Error:There are no carriers available that deliver to this address." But as soon as I add an item over the $50 the shipping carriers become available. I do not have free shipping enabled. Please help. I am losing customers everyday and have logged so many complaints. I really don't know why I'm still posting here since I'm not really getting any help. I'm going to switch my e-commerce to something else. I really liked the ease of use and the back office for Prestashop, but the support is lacking to non existent. Good luck to all of you guys with issues, and I know the system works, it's just those who can make it work don't want to share, or at least not share for free. I've been offered to pay someone to help me set it up multiple times. I hope you guys find the support you need. I will continue to build my prestashop page on the side under a different url and see if I can fix the issues. If I do, I will come back and post it here, so if the admin would like to at least keep this thread open for me, that would be great, since you aren't doing anything else to help. twanny Posted April 22, 2013 Share Posted April 22, 2013 efnStv, I really sympathise with you . I got a problem with shipping and I cant believe that this problem is only unique to my setup. I opened another thread asking for help but I will not hold my breath. I wish I can help you but I already spent 3 days searching for a solution to my problem with no positive result. Having a freeware( most of the time) software is fine but it does lack some serious support for basic issues. Wasting 3 days looking , then , it doesnt become free . Rant over.
