J-works.cz Posted April 14, 2013 Share Posted April 14, 2013 Hello, I have Prestashop 1.5.3.1. Now I have about 2 000 products in my catalogue. All these entries are withou main picture, so all products are dislayed on my e-shop withou them. Now I want to do CSV import with marked option: "Use product reference as key?" So the CSV import file contains only two columns: 1) Product reference, 2) image filename (including path to it). The import is not working. It is doing "something" and after few minutes there is blank (white) screen without anything. Then I will enter the main administration address and I can see all as before, but the images are not imported into DB and no files are copied on my FTP server. I was trying to put these images on my localhost server, then into my filesystem and as a last try I copied them to TEMP folder on my hosting, where the e-shop is running. Nothing is working. Can you help me, please? The best way will be if you can leave here CSV file, as it is shoud be to import only images into DB and copy these image files on my server. Hi, To test your csv, create a csv with only 1 product with 1 image path... and try to import it...
