SOLVED Top horisontal menu from product detail page

Hi,

 

I'm running Prestashop 1.5.4 with a custom theme.

 

In my top horisontal menu the links are working fine until I go in to a product page.

Working link:

http://bgsalg.no/no/new-products

 

When I have clicked on a product and are standing on a product page I will then get a link like this:

http://bgsalg.no/no/...er/new-products

 

This gives me page not found, and this goes for all the top horrisontal menu items from the product page.

 

The category name for the product gets added in front of the destination.

 

I have been looking in most files to find this, but I can't find out where this is, I would be very happy for some help here?

Hi Bjorn,

Can you check something if it works? Try to turn off your friendly URL's for a moment (In preferences->SEO and URLs, scroll down a little), save the settings. Go back in this menu, and turn them on again (and save)

 

Does that do anything to fix this?

Yes in deed it does...

 

I got this message now standing on the product page:

 

[Debug] This page has moved

Please use the following URL instead: http://bgsalg.no/index.php

Problem is/was in the .htaccess file. Has/had wrong redirections in it. Turning friendly URL off and on again recreates this file.

 

Now we need to find out how to find the CMS files again...

Hi,

 

I managed to solve this very simple

In modules > menu

 

By changing the menu link from "new-products" to "https://bgsalg.no/new-products"
