Cant change name on product when duplicated!

Hi,

 

If I have several products wich is very simular, but not same productname, and I press duplicate.

I get a copy of the other product. BUT When I try to cange the name of the product, it still say the same as the product I duplicated, even if I have changed in the field for the productnamn!

 

It says

Catalog Products Edit (Oljekyl 16-raders, 210mm bred, AN6 grå)

 

 

But it should say:

 

Catalog Products Edit (Oljekyl 19-raders, 330mm bred, AN6 grå)

 

 

And in the products it has the same names! But the rest is changed!?

Is there any solutions of this? The fault is only in Backoffice! In the shop it is right information!

I dont think there is anything wrong. Just make a quick check, go to product page, the one the customer would see. From what you say the Name is right, now try changing the page language to english. Voilà! The name is wrong. Go to the product in the back office and maintain the field name in english.

I am assuming you are maintaining the product in your local language, but prestashop displays them in english in the backoffice. If you dont do the update in english, you keep the name from the copied product.
