Silly2127
Hello everyone..I am new at this and I am doing my best, but after 5 long chat sessions with Bluehost technical support team, I am still unable to launch my site live. PS is installed in my public_html folder, the admin folder was renamed and the install folder deleted, but I still can´t get to my site if I type in the address in the browser. Anyone have any quick tips? Thanks for your time.

Silly2127
Thank you for your time. Once I enter my shop address, it points to a standard bluehost page (default). How can I point to the correct server?
vekia
Well, you havent got an access to your shop, so how you installed prestashop? Somehow you had to do that?
Silly2127
I installed it following the instructions on the PrestaShop website...entering the info www.yourdomain.com/prestashop and then it began the installation process. After successfully installing, it told me to delete the install folder and it renamed my admin folder. I clicked on the backend office and made some changes. Then I went to preferences, SEO & URLs and typed in my shop domain name. In Back URI, I only left / since I didn´t know what to include. What else do I have to do? Thank YOU! vekia
Have you got an access to the back office? If so, you should restore SEO & URLs preferences. Base URI is the directory, where your prestashop is installed
