Multistore question

I've read through the documentation regarding the setup of a multistore. I believe I have my answer (yes, it's possible) but I want to make sure by asking here.

 

When setting up a multistore I want to have the ability to:

 

1. Have a super user that can administer all sites

2. Sub-Users for each "store" that can only interact with things related to their "store" (CMS, etc)

3. Categories and Products that are exclusive to each "store"

4. Grouping Shops, is this an alternative to a multistore or a feature of multistores?
