(SOLVED)lost admin password

I lost the pasword to to my administration. I and using PS 1.8.4.2 and when I used the link "lost password to sent to ma admin mail new one, I have nothing received and I tried it 3 times. I have acces to FTP , database but I can not sovle this problem. I just see the encrypted pasword in ma database.

 

Can anybody help me, how can I change admin password whent I lost it and by link "lost parword" I have not received any new one.

 

I have also the local wersion of my real site, but with out hundrits products, so I do not want to add products from very beginig.
