justoneweek Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 (edited) Hi, My customer created categories on the web site and there is something strange.. can you see the image? there I show you the problem: some old category appear but I can't find into the back-end.. maybe because I deleted it.. I tryed to empty cache (cache/smarty/cache and cache/smarty/compile) but I did not solved.. Any tips? Many thanks!! Also, do you get to the category if you click on it? if so, then it has not been deleted, and you could try usig the ID and manually remove it from the db, if nothin else works 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

NemoPS Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 Where did you put th category ID? What i meant was: try clicking on that category in the front office. Get the ID, and look for it in ps_category in the database. of course you don't get anything in the BO by trying to input the ID. lastly, the rest button only resets the filter 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I did reset but nothing chanced.. I did from 'module' --> 'category module' --> 'reset' ..it's right? the.rampage.rado Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 If you used PS cleaner it could be related to this f**in module.. To it doesn't delete the addresses so creating new account with already used id it gave me the addresses from previous users. This could be exactly the same with you.
