PC812
I'm an author and I want to sell digital versions of my books directly through my website (http://www.percivalc...tine.com/store/). I've uploaded the digital file associated with all the books I want to sell and now I'm trying to test it with a coupon for 100% off. However, even though it's a digital product and has no quantity, PrestaShop is still requiring me to enter a quantity. Is there any way I can disable this quantity or any number I can enter to indicate that the product will never run out so long as the download is available? vekia
you can allow customers to order product when it is "out of stock". It mean that you don't have to update quantities, and don't have to control its value
PC812
That's what I did, but it actually didn't work because when I tested the store, I was still getting a "this product is on backorder" message. People could order products, but they'd get the backorder message. However, I figured it out by turning off Enable Stock Management under Preferences > Products.
