How to Combine External CSS and JavaScript

Hi all

Just want to know that can we pretashop user can combine external css and javascript with external compressor tool like less or minify.

Just want to boost my site as it getting slower and slower everyday.

i have enabled ccc and gzip and they are working great but that's not enough for my site as it's big ecoomerce site.

Prestashop uses own comressor tool, you can set it up in preferences -> performance

it is CCC feature:

 

 

you need to turn cache on and parameters above.

Maybe try css sprites to load your images quicker

As i have mentioned above in the post that i have enabled all the ccc feature and gzip compression but still the speed sucks. and i can't see any compression and merg thing while testing in speed testing tools like pingdom and webpagetest .

Have you made sure to turn off "Force compilation" in Advanced Parameters > Performance and to enable Cache?
