Do you want to import products? you should first download the template csv located right in the BO, in the import session. 2nd IMPORTANT! make sure that the format of the csv you are editing is ( , and ; ) WHEN YOU ARE READY to upload, make sure all the fields Match exactly the csv field it belongs to. Match ID with ID, name with Name and so on. Now be sure to Match exactly Description text with Description Text. If you don't know a field, it's important to put: ignore this field. IMPORTANT! don't ignore the fields that you actually need to fill, perhaps you missed it.
