mitisilk
I am an extreme novice with Ecommerce. I have my Prestashop store ready. (v 1.5.4.0). How do I get it to my web hosting site? I have enabled activation and deleted my IP address per the manual. What am missing? Web hosting is IPage.
vekia
you have turned maintenance mode on? If so, you can log in into back office without any problems. You must say something more about your issue, because i dont know what you mean by that. so, where you deleted IP ? and what you mean by "enabled activation" ? mitisilk
In the Preferences tab, I clicked the Maintenance tab. There I have the to option to Enable/Disable my store. I also have the option to delete my IP address which I assume is the IP address to my personal computer. In the Maintenance tab, I clicked Enable store. But I am not able to make that store visiable on my web hosting site. I am asking if there is another place within Prestashop to make my store active. vekia
So, if your shop is enabled and it doesnt work the problem is a bit different and it isn't related to the IP, how your front end looks like? Can you provide an url or prepare a screenshot?
Krishkv
Get help from your host provider!
mitisilk
My host provider will not help with an ecommerce that they did not sell. Vekia, I tried to submit a screeshot several times yesterday. I suppose the forum does not allow it. My site is lolasclosetboutique.com But you will see nothing there. I will try again to submit a screenshot. I really appreciate your help.
Carolina Custom Designs
The first thing you need to do is remove the index.html file from your server root (and any others related to the current page). Marty Shue
