Orderting titles and inherited module style

Hello

 

I use the Premium Electronics theme v2.1 for PS v1.4.

I would like to be able to manually order the top category menu, since currently the order is alphabetical.

 

I previously resolved this by changing to another menu module but which had a different look and feel but this was not an adequate solution. I wish to retain the current look and feel.

 

Indeed I would like any additional visual front end modules to inherit the theme style.
