toninovak66
The front office of our site totally went blank this past Thursday and I can't find any reason why. I have tried to turn error reporting on but nothing shows up. All I get when I try to browse the site is a blank page and it says the server was reset while the page was loading. 75.98.175.59 This is a link to the front office. I am able to log into the back office and do anything I want, but the front office will not load any page, including the CMS pages. We have about 2,400 products and all have combinations. I have gone in and deleted a bunch of products, some combinations and I'm switching over to the attribute wizard pro module but until I can get the site back up I can't see any changes that I make. I increased the memory limit to 512M and have tried a few other things but nothing works. Can someone please shed some light?
El Patron
You your front office is down and then add you are making changes and added a module. If this is the case you should contact the module developer directly.
toninovak66
No, since the site went down on Thursday we have decided to delete all our product combinations and use the AWP module but it was not installed when this occurred so it has nothing to do with why the site is down but I'm hoping once all the combinations are gone and we redo them with the module that will fix it. I still can't figure out why it won't load at all. I've deleted at least two categories of products and at least 300 product combinations just since I made this original post and it's still not loading. toninovak66
I have error reporting turned on but it's not showing anything on the pages. We are running a VPS and there is nothing in the error logs for the front end. The only thing from today are errors for file does not exist while I was deleting some of the products. Nothing shows when I try to browse the site.
