Generating an invoice via admin / receipts

Hello,

 

I have a client who wishes to be able to generate an invoice on the fly for a client who may not wish to use the onine shop to make an order, but he wants all invoices etc in presta admin system for simplicity. Further he is happy to acquire an addon to allow basic accounting via prestashop. Is there a simple way please?

 

Also I cannot seem to find receipts generated. Invoices seem to only be created when a payment is approved, though a client may wish to have an invoice to pay, so we have a catch 22. Does presta generate reciepts? if so where to configure>?
