Send confirmation email to customer problem

Hi,

 

I have the following problem, when a customer is placing an order neither I or the customer are receiving the email with the invoice or any other email (example: when I confirm the shipping of the product).

My shop is http://www.e-sanatate.net/ on prestashop 1.5.2.0

 

Can somebody help me with this problem?

 

Make sure you have email templates for your language...

 

For example

English - mails/en/

French - mails/fr/

Italian - mails/it

 

For Romanian i think it should be /mails/ro

 

The same is for modules/mailalerts/mails/

I have checked and the templates are there.

I think that the problem is that the emails are not physically sent to the customer and admin.

 

I have no idea what to do for them to be sent.

 

For admin emails you should activate mail alerts module, the go to module setting, make sure there are ticks and admin email

Thank you very much, this was it. The module was disabled. I don't know how...
