markjl
Don't understand: my site mjlvideo.fr is displaying completely wrong as as if it is not using the css at all. Any tips would be helpful, thanks I noticed that I cannot display installed modules. When I click on say 'front office features' I get taken to a page not found 404 error Edited April 9, 2013 by markjl (see edit history)
tomerg3
Tip: Include the URL to your site and PS version, without it, how do you expect anyone to help....

tomerg3
It looks like files are missing from your Prestashop installation.
markjl
any clues as to what files? css?
tomerg3
I was seeing a different error before, about missing configuration files. Now the site loads, but there seem to be some redirect error (possibly htaccess). When I view the source of the page, I can see the CSS files are linked, but when I try to open one, I get redirected to another page. IE http://mjlvideo.fr/themes/premium%20electronics/css/global.css redirects to http://mjlvideo.fr/fr/video/26-cassette-vhs.html Try turning off friendly URLs and remove the htaccess file. If it still does load the CSS file, try asking your host and give them that example.
