Site displaying completely wrong

Don't understand: my site mjlvideo.fr is displaying completely wrong as as if it is not using the css at all.

 

Any tips would be helpful, thanks

 

 

I noticed that I cannot display installed modules. When I click on say 'front office features' I get taken to a page not found 404 error

Tip: Include the URL to your site and PS version, without it, how do you expect anyone to help....

things have evolved since posting since talking to my hoster and it seems there is a dns problem awaiting resolution.

 

but the url http://mjlvideo.fr was in the question.

my ps version is v1.4.9

It looks like files are missing from your Prestashop installation.

any clues as to what files? css?

I was seeing a different error before, about missing configuration files.

 

Now the site loads, but there seem to be some redirect error (possibly htaccess).

 

When I view the source of the page, I can see the CSS files are linked, but when I try to open one, I get redirected to another page.

 

IE http://mjlvideo.fr/themes/premium%20electronics/css/global.css redirects to http://mjlvideo.fr/fr/video/26-cassette-vhs.html

 

Try turning off friendly URLs and remove the htaccess file.

 

If it still does load the CSS file, try asking your host and give them that example.

I went right back to a clean v1.4.9.
