Mails marked as spam

I had this issue but with hotmail specifically. Emails sent direct from my email client went through fine, just not those from PS. I think there are several factors that can contribute to this - on the PS side I think the shop logo sent as an attachment doesn't help. On the server side you can add DKIM and SPF records, you can find this in cpanel under "Email Authentication". This seems to have helped in my case.
