Cant Change Header Logo

i put in my new header logo, in preferences,themes but when i go to my front office it still on the default presta shop one, only it has changed to the size of my logo?

i think that this is your browser cache issue. Try to clear it or try to hard-refres (ctrl+F5)

I have tried clearing the cache and also doing the hard refresh, neither of these worked so still have the same problem. Don't seem to be having the issue with any other part of it tho.

yout store is online now? if so, can you provide an url? (maybe it is your browser cache problem so it is worth to test it in other pc)

 

how it looks in back office? Everything ok? Or old logo appears?

Shop not ready to go online yet, but i have checked it on another computer by activating the shop for a short time.

Back office is fine its coming up with the logo i want to use. Yes i used the default temp, should i try another one?

No. Its a customised template.

So, maybe the logo is hardcoded in your template?

If you upload new logo - it appears in back office well?
