[solved] Removing drop drown from top horizontal menu home link

@nitish062 in the future, please follow these steps:

To mark a topic as [solved] :

- Edit the first post of your topic by clicking on the "Edit" button,

- Click on the "Use full editor" button,

 

- Add the "[solved]" string at the beginning of your topic title and click on the "Submit Modified Post" button.

EDIT: FIXED! When putting in a URL for homepage, put " / ".

 

Actually, I just discovered an issue with this method. When you manually create a "home" link to the top nav bar, it doesnt remain constant. I.E. - If you were to go to one of your other pages (contact, about), the home link would be yourdomain.com/contact-us, or yourdomain.com/about, it does not remain www.yourdomain.com.

Weird! That doesn't happen for me.

 

Can you go to Modules/Top Horizontal Menu/Configure and post screenshots of your 'Settings' and 'List Menu Top Link' sections.

 

Yeah I just attached it. I realized this when I tried to create a new "home" link and when I added in the home URL, the URL that would show when I hovered over was repeated "hoatbui.com/hoatbui.com", and then when I went onto any other page, the home link would be "hoatbui.com/page-name.html". Frustrating!2qjvu9y.png
