URGENT !!! Payment with PayPal Sanbox Mode done correctly, but the Product already payed is still show in webstore Cart

Today i'm testing my webstore payment feature with PayPal Sanbox.
All process is going normally and the payment is done.
But when i click "Return Back To Merchant" button and redirecting back to my webstore, i found that my cart is still show the product that already pay before with PayPal. I try to refresh my browser but my cart is stil show the product ?!?

Is this Behavior is Normal ?

I just worry if this behavior is really show eventhought my customer doing payment with they PayPal account (not in sanbox mode)

Note: Other payment module such a Bank Wire is Normal.

i can't check it by activing real paypal mode (not a sanbox), cause i'm only have one PayPal account.
i've also do a many time with PayPal Sandox Mode with All currency that use in my online store USD, Euro, Rupiah (try one by one as default currency .. and no Luck!)

The Payment process with PayPal is done, but if i go back to Merchat (my onlline store) My Chart is still in the same condition where the product that already ordered and already payed with PayPal is still in there ... and no detail order created !

Whats wrong ?!

i need an answer and suggestion about my problem described in that thread.

which version are you using ? update to the latest paypal module. uninstall it- reinstal. try.

Ok i'll try to upgrade using module PayPal v1.6 built in PrestaShop v.1.2.0.8

After upgrade to PayPal v1.6, i still get the Same Problem

If you cart has not been finalized, it's because PayPal cannot reach your validation page.

Please check if you can reach http://yourdomain.com/modules/paypal/validation.php, check rights, Apache access/error log, etc.

We cannot help you anymore because this module is working fine everywhere, it should be a server configuration problem.

This is what i'm doing :

Uninstall paypal module
Deleting ang Reupload paypal module v.1.6
Configuring my paypal module folder CHMOD to 755
Configuring my paypal module set to SANDBOX mode
Rechecking all configuration in my paypal account to meet all information describing on paypal configuration module in my backoffice
Browsing to http://www.webindoshop.com/modules/paypal/validation.php'>http://www.webindoshop.com/modules/paypal/validation.php (http://www.webindoshop.com is my domain)

But i've just get a blank page

Blank page is normal, because it's never display something, only validating order.

Server requirements is as described in download section, no more.

Have you check your Apache logs after make an order with PayPal ?
Does PayPal try to reach your validation page ?

The use of paypal IPN is not possible on the free hosting, a premium hosting account would be required.

Is this paypal v1.6 module must use paypal IPN to working well ?

If the answer is yes ....
I must upgrading my membership in bytehost.com web hosting to use their paid-hosting.

Hi,

I have the same problem: The Customer orders and pays using paypal but the order doesn't show in the B.O.It does not happen every time. I can confirm that paypal successfully reaches my validation page. The attached screenshot shows the "order" displayed from the customer view (where it's available but not complete) which contain the IPN information. Some how the order_details table are not filled and the correct orderstatus not set properly.

I would really appreciate help on this one!

1 order went perfect, the other has the same problem as described here in the previeus posts

hi Guys,

Paul has explained this issue couple times in the forum. You can search out by keyword 'Paypal payment error.' etc.

Try this module from Paul rather than using 1.6 one. the module is downloadable from http://www.ecartservice.net/08092008/beta-v2-paypal-module-prestashop/

Though it is not a perfect solution, but it works for customer payment by Paypal.

If you are just using Paypal only, try upgrade to v1.2.2.0 or v1.2.3.0 and use PayPal API module. it works fine for me. but you need a commercial hosting account and valid Internet Domain name.
