No email feedback on customer registration, order etc

Hello all,

 

I'm a new prestashop user. I did setup tha latest version without any major problems

 

PrestaShop v1.5.4.0 - Released on March 26, 2013.

My problem is that when a user registers with my eshop, he/she is not getting any confirmation email. The same occurs when he/she places an order.

 

I did install "mail alerts" module, and thanks to that i receive order alerts (only).

 

 

Please i need yorexperienced help, thank you!

Solved!

 

mail server queue was loaded!!

 

Now its cleared and everything seems to wok well!
