Top Horizontal Menu Search Block as the Newsletter Block

Hi,

 

can anyone help me changing the appearance of the Search option of the Top Horizontal Menu, to the same appearance as the Newsletter block (with text and button outside)?

 

I've attached a picture so you can easily understand my question.

I've atached a picture with the code that i think it must be changed, but i'm not sure what changes i should make.
