CSV Import help needed

I'm using version 1.5.4 and for some odd reason I can't import my products using the csv. file and I was able to improt them before using version 1.5.3 and now I've deleted my entire products because I read somewhere that I would have to delete the products when importing them and that worked with the 1.5.3 but now it just deleted everything and not load the new products.

I keed getting the same error code:

1. What I did here was to make sure the spreadsheet matches exactly to the columns shown on the right of the import screen.

 

Also remember to skip one line prior to executing the import process.

 

I still got an error... but all products seem to have been imported... with images too.

I'm going to try that and see what happens... the manual they have online really doesn't help and it's delaying me building my online store front. yet this is the best cart that they have to work with. Now if I can get someone to help me with setting up shipping.

Hi,

 

You are using ',' (comma) as field separator instead of ';' . You need to specify ',' as field separator and some other symbol for value separator (These options are available on CSV Import page). Also either skip first line or delete first line before import.
