errors in JavaScript - categories not shown in products page in admin panel

Hello,

I am facing a problem in the admin panel, my categories won't show .... and my ajax cart doesnt' work properly as well so i had to desactivate it... this is the problem my host provider supplied me after looking at it but with my poor knowledge unfortunately i don't know how to fix it..
