The thing is, if client call to my operator to make order through phone, obviously he/she will not dictate his e-mail, will he? But creating new client e-mail filed is mandatory and there is no option t swith it off for certain client's group. Really appreciate if somebody has best practices of taking orders through phone. Explain why it is important (So that they can get notification of shipping, and emailed invoices etc) if they still don;t want to simply use your own generic email address. e.g. void@myshop.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
