georgemartos Posted March 29, 2013 Share Posted March 29, 2013 Hi all I have 7 or 8 e-shops based on prestashop. i try to keep all them updated and in good shape! in 5 or 6 of them i managed to upgrade by using 1-click upgrade module without any trouble. unfortunately 2 of them are not upgrading and i get the following error after a few minutes: [Ajax / Server Error] textStatus: "error" errorThrown:"" jqXHR: "" I tried to keep my website as simple as possible, using almost default settings and modules! Is there anyone that knows what's happening with this issue? Also i have seen that after version 1.4.7 the platform is getting slow and especially with 1.5.2+ it's really getting slow!!!!!!!! If you have chrome dev tools, you should check the network tab, it will give you an insight of the ajax call that went wrong for some reason. you can also do it with firebug of course Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
