Products in cart are unavailable after cron import products

Hello,

 

I have automatic product import module and I would appreciate if somebody helps... I have set the cron to import products every night. The problem is when the customer will put the product in cart and then come back tommorow (after new import) the products in cart are unavailable (have the red dot) even if it is available, so it cant be ordered...

 

Can somebody smart give me an advice, why prestashop could do that? And if its possible how to fix it ))
