How not to display product with zero stock in subcategory?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have a few products that

- have zero stock

- they will never be available for sale again on my shop

I need to stop displaying those products inside their subcategory, but i need the page to be accessible (for SEO purpose).

The settings I have so far for those products are:

1. status --> enabled

2. visibility --> nowhere (i tried all the options inside the drop down)

3. options: "available for order" UNCHECKED

4. show price: UNCHECKED

5. product quantity: set to 0 (ZERO)

What settings do i need to do for those products, in order for them not to be displayed inside their subcategory, but their product page still be accessible (for google)?

Your settings seem correct. These products should now be accessible only by directly entering the corresponding URL in the browser's address bar.

Google's crawl index of your site should not be affected, since GoogleBot would still find the content when attempting to (re)crawl the corresponding URL.

Is this not working for you?

Need some help on this, please...
