Upgrade to 1.5.4 nor install won't work

Today I made automatic upgrade from 1.5.3 to 1.5.4.

 

1.5.3 worked good. After update, I noticed that my css are not applied. Checking with Firebug shows 403 error for every file in cache folder. There where no changes on server, only automatic upgrade.

I made another try and made fresh install 1.5.4 - same effect. No css applied.

 

I tried to remove .htaccess from themes folder, and some css where applied then but not all.

 

Should I try to look for solution or just stay with 1.5.3?

I gave it another try....

Recreate working 1.5.3 from local copy, installed Autoupgrade module.

After upgrading to 1.5.4 there were same CSS/JS issue - 403

Google Chrome console shows errors in line 1 and 2 of index.php

After turning off all options under Preferences/Performance/CCC eveyrhing looked good - website shows ok. But well.. then I changed something in Preferences/Performance, and I'm back home :-( 403 errors again.

 

Any suggestions? I worked for a moment and than changing something around cache/performacje broke it down again.

Got something

deleting .htaccess from modules and themes folder makes website look good - but it should look like that - now I can download tpl files using webbrowser
