No carrier available error

I'm getting the following error on checkout with my new Prestashop installation:

There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address!

I did have a search through the forums and checked the carrier_zone table however from what I can see, everything looks right (the ID numbers for my default carrier and zones match up).

I had a separate install on my development server that seemed to be fine and I don't think there were any major differences - I set up Royal Mail First Class as my default carrier and created a new zone for it called UK, and set up fees by weight and my products have weights assigned (the test order was within the maximum weight range). I also tested this carrier with the default "Europe" zone, however this didn't help.

Also, another minor issue, I seem to be getting formatting problems with the text editor for the CMS - one page seems to be parsing out all the capital letters so everything is in lower case.

If anyone can suggest any solutions I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Have you added the united kingdom (Country) to your UK zone
