Database set to Temporary URL, need help changing to permanent domain name.

I was having issues with files not saving on my server, and all the urls for my files were using the old temporary link instead of the permanent one. Also I just got error messages when I went to these pages.

 

My host said the temporary URL was still active inside my databse and that I needed to change the database to update all the permalinks inside the Prestashop admin dashboard to reflect the permanent site URL.

 

I have had the site set to my permanent domain name already, but my files seem to be living at the temporary domain name still.

 

I looked around for a while, but can't figure out how to get the database name changed either at the prestashop backoffice or at my host.
