Jirafe Analytics and Customer System Issue

Hi, everyone,

 

for some odd reason, when I'm in go to Stats > Jirafe Analytics in my BO, I get this message:

 

Server error

 

The website encountered an error while retrieving http:// learningfunfair.com/ <foldername>/index.php?controller=AdminJirafeDashboard&token=1f075420f45faf6c6d6974a7ddbd668e. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

 

​Why does this happen? I've tried reinstalling the analytics for eCommerce module but I still get the same error.

 

Besides that, every link related to customers on my website seems to have failed. For example, the Log in, My orders, My personal info links all cannot work. You can see it for yourself at learningfunfair.com. It's very odd because I didn't tamper with anything.

I reinstalled my store and it's fine now.
