El Patron Posted March 24, 2013 Share Posted March 24, 2013 one issue most have when they transfer hosts it making sure that the new host supports prestashop, i.e. when we run the installer on a new how PrestaShop tells us what if anything is not compatible. did you do this before transferring your site files and db? if not you could create a subdomain and install a fresh native PrestaShop of your production version to check for comparability issues.
