Problem Solved !The problem is comin up because the parking domain that i'm using.how stupid i'am i just remember this after 30 minutes of confusing .... all parking domain process have took 76hour to work normally. Eeventhought you can access your site with your new domain just after you parked in, you will get some problem in your site.So ... just wait for 76hour before you are installing or configure your site with new domain.
