common bloc on every page below the content

Hello, as the title say, i would like to display on every pages bellow the content (product description for example) and before the footer a simple bloc like "blockstore" or html content but i can't "hook" this block there, how can i do it? do i have to create a new hook? other? what should i do to be able to "hook" this blockstore bellow content? Thanks for all help

you can paste there any code you want and you can add this code to the section you want
