[solved] I tried many method still can't change HOMEFEATURED tpl

Hi All,

 

I want to edit homefeatured tpl, when I upload it by ftp, then refresh website, it still unchange.

I tried "Force compilation", and disable "Cache", it also change nothing.

 

so strange, because I can change other modules tpl, and theme tpl and also css,

It just can't change "homefeatured" mod tpl

 

I tried "reinstall" "re-upload whole folder", it also change nothing.....

 

Search google can't find any method.....

 

anyone can help me,

you should check override !

 

maybe your template overrides this files, so check themes/your_theme/modules/homefeatured/ directory

maybe there exists homefeature.tpl file. If so - you should edit it there

you may not be changing the correct file. What is the location of the file you are changing? modules/ or themes/yourtheme/

 

I'm pretty sure that you should be changing the file in your themes folder.

Oh My God... is it a new theme structure from v1.5??

I found the tpl in my theme, is my mistake... lol
