carmy
[sOLVED] Hi all, I installed the version of Prestashop 1.5.3.1. I do not know if it is possible. I would like to change the price of a product based on the amount chosen by the customer. Prestashop default doubles the price. Instead, I would like to have the possibility of increasing the price of N based on the quantity selected by the customer. I hope I was clear. Do you think you can do such a thing? Sorry for my english Thanks in advance. Edited March 22, 2013 by carmy (see edit history)
cocothecat
Yes you set each product a "unit" price that allows the price to go up based on how many have been added to the basket. If you require to discount it you can do it via combinations so instead of having 1 unit = 5 2 unit = 10 you could have a combination for 1 unit = 5 2 units = 7.5 and so forth

cocothecat
Create a new product (under products) Pricing Tab on the left. "Unit Price" I'll try and get you some screen shots later if you still get stuck Edited March 22, 2013 by cocothecat (see edit history)

cocothecat
No it does work You need to enter the unit amount, the product price and then untick the checkbox and hit save. Once you do that it will show a pricing table at the front end of the store Edited March 22, 2013 by cocothecat (see edit history)
