Guorilla
Hello, After installing a modulu to change the order ID to numbers instead of letters, I'm left with a white screen after paying for a product and finishing the order. I'm a dumbass of not backing up my store before doing so, so now I'm a little bit in trouble over here... I was wondering if it's possible to import database tables form another, almost similar prestashop installation, so I can get things working again. The real difference between both shops is that in one shop I've got a lot of categories and just one test product, and some other different CMS pages. The other shop (the one that still is working great) has got fewer categories and CMS pages, but more products already installed. Now I don't want to spent my time on a new install, and everything that will follow after that... Is there a faster solution by exporting and importing database tables? Kind regards, Marco
vekia
for the first you should turn on error reporting in your store and then try to open page where blank page appear

Guorilla
I guess I should ask the hostee for that? Can't find it in cPanel, or should I look in WHM?
vekia
you should try to explore your ftp service, you're looking for sometihin like /log/ directory with .txt files but of course you can ask your hoster for that
