Position Column in Catalog (Back Office) not Visible

HI,

I am New to Prestashop... I need to change the product position in my catalog page ... so the user will be able to see the products sorted as per my setting...Default Order by Position.

 

But, My Product Catalog page does not have any Position Column....HAs in been removed in 1.5.3.1 Version of Prestashop....or something is wrong with my site...Please Help....
