by that you mean authentication page?

if so, you should edit template (tpl) file of your theme: authentication.tpl

oh you've got non default template and it's a huge modification... it's hard to say what exactly you need to change... but you should create little hack, add new <style> tags to authentication.tpl:

So, you can turn off force compilation.

As i thought - it is non default template so it will be hard to say what exactly you need to change
