[SOLVED] Error page after payment accepted

I've recently upgraded my Paypal module to v3.4.6. Since then when customers place an order, after going through Paypal, they are shown an error message (see attached file).

 

The customers are sent order confirmation emails and I also get order notifications, it's just what's shown to them after the order is placed is confusing them. Please help?

 

My shop's configuration...

 

Prestashop Version: 1.4.5.1

Server information: Linux #3 SMP Wed Sep 22 10:20:36 BST 2010 x86_64

Server software Version: Apache

PHP Version: 5.2.17

MySQL Version: 5.0.[spam-filter]community-log

 

And I'm using a free theme called Matrice.

Right, I uninstalled and reinstalled the module but it didn't help. Turns out during the install it didn't create these columns in the database: payment_date, total_paid, shipping, currency and id_invoice.

 

I manually created these using phpmyadmin and now the customers are directed correctly to the order confirmation page after leaving Paypal.

 

Changing this to [solved], though I don't know why the module would not install correctly and create those columns to begin with.
