Having tracked the error it appears to have been introduced by PayPal when they did some maintenance on the 19th and has yet to be resolved. "Sorry - your last action could not be completed" So 1) Are you experiencing this problem? 2) According to PayPal it can becorrected using the correct Local codes, does anyone know what this means?
