However I was surprised that I could not create an address on FB, using my domain name... I had the following message. "This user is not eligible to claim a username" It is not taken, but something prevents to have it. Any idea on show to have it ? Thanks, D. ezb Posted March 20, 2013 Author Share Posted March 20, 2013 Hi Vekia, no error message, juste the following: "This user is not eligible to claim a username" It seem that FB is doing so to prevent people to monopolize and own good internal url in their own site, which I understand but I wish to have mine since the domain name is mine. ezb Posted March 21, 2013 Author Share Posted March 21, 2013 I found the solution. Here it is: You have to validate your account using a cell phone. They will send you a text message with a code. Use this code to validate your account. Then you can choose your username with appropriate facebook.com/name without crazy numbers.
