Image upload problem

Hello,

I have a problem with image upload. We use A2C software to upload products to database.

The main problem is default picture - it is uploaded to wrong directory. Everything is ok when we upload products manualy. But when we use software we get error:

 

 

The requested content cannot be loaded.

Please try again later.

 

By default image category should be: .../img/p/././image.jpg

But when using software it is: .../img/p/12861f543122710ddf789426ad1d3181(random)/image.jpg

 

 

This problem comes out only when we use templates. On default theme there is no errors.

 

Which file ulpoads images from administrator panel to server?

Where could be the problem?
