Installer Step 3: what should I do?

Okay, first of all let me start by saying that I know almost nothing about making my own website. I had spent the past couple days messing with osCommerce, but realized that I'd need to know too much code to change the look of the site, so I set out to find something else and came across prestashop

so I get to the third step of he installation process, and I have no idea what the blank fields are even asking for

Database server name:
Database name:
Login:
Password:

can someone explain to me what they're asking for and maybe where I can find it. I'm using inmotionhosting
