New root category, how to add sub-cats?

I wanted a new root category so I could do category-based pricing rules.

 

So I went to the Category admin page, clicked "Add new root category", and filled in the page.

 

Now where the heck is that category? How do I find it in the Category admin so I can add sub-categories?

 

I can see it in the product pages fine.
